Secretary - Mid-Maine Regional Adult Community Education
 
Academic Year Secretary -31-35 hrs,/week/12-17 weeks- beginning January 4th, 2020
 
Hours depend on academic schedule and may include one evening a week during the academic year.
 
Applicants should posses strong skills in the following:
 
Interact with and be sensitive to the need of the adult learners
Computer software (including data entry and MS Office Suite)
Organization and attention to detail 
Multi-tasking
Flexibility, team work, and self-initiative
 
Primary responsibilities include, but not limited to: Reception, management of course registration process,
money management, providing assistance to the public, preparing and placing purchase orders, providing
technology support to staff and students, maintaining office equipment, files, intake forms, transcript requests

Mid-Maine Regional Adult Community Education is seeking a dynamic , part time Science 
Instructor for an introduction to Biology course (with lab), introduction to Chemistry
course (with lab), and/or Introduction to Physics course.

Class times and dates are flexible. Anticipated start date: January 4, 2021

Instructor will need a current or provisional teaching certificate for science with an adult
education or 7-12 Life Science and Physical Science endorsement.

Rate of Pay is $26.40 per hour plus additional pay for prep hours and course development.

Qualifications:  Waterville Public Schools (WPS) is seeking an outstanding, dynamic school nurse to fill an open position working at the grade K-3 level beginning on November 9th, 2020.  The new hire will service the George J. Mitchel School students. This school year position will be filled with a nurse that must have a positive attitude, demonstrate strong communication skills, and have the ability to build positive relationships through collaboration with necessary stakeholders.
