                        Waterville High School 
(School-based day treatment program for students with emotional and behavioral needs)
The successful candidate will be able to: 
*Demonstrate strong leadership skills
*Create and implement IEPs
*Develop and execute positive behavior support plans
*Collect behavioral and academic data for determination of student performance for determining the extent to which student IEP goals and objectives are achieved
*Complete required paperwork in a timely manner under state and federal laws
*Supervise Educational Technicians/BHP’s
*Work collaboratively with families, social workers, outside agencies, and all school staff
*Create meaningful learning experiences for students with a service-learning approach  
*Maintain consistent communication with families and service providers
*Demonstrate creative problem-solving skills and be able to foster positive relationships with students
- Certification 282 required.
