Masters Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling required
Preference will be given to candidates with five or more years supervisory experience of Clinical
    and educational staff, with clinical practice, school social work and staff training experience, and
    in managing school-based treatment programs, including MaineCare regulations and expertise in
    Trauma-Informed practice.        

Some duties include but not limited to: 
Oversight of Clinical Operations and supervision of all Clinical Social Work staff, of
    suicide prevention training, mandatory report  training, bullying prevention training;
Plan and schedule annual training goals for all Clinical Social Work Staff;
Oversight and development of annual staff training plan related to SBDT, BHP training, CPR/First
     Aid, Blood Borne Pathogens, and SafetyCare;
Supports MeCare audits for SBDT, provide mental health consultation, provide training on topics 
    related to mental health as assigned
